Tc form no longer in use

The Tax Office has discarded the Tc form which could formerly be used to ask for a tax refund.

Did you live outside the Netherlands but did you have income from this country in 2010 or previous years? Please use the income tax return program for non-resident taxpayers to ask for a tax refund. If you cannot use this program, then call the Tax Information Line for Non-Resident Issues to ask for the C form.
