New product safety guideline

In cooperation with the Member States, the European Commission has drawn up guidelines for developing and supporting border controls regarding product safety.

This guideline is in keeping with Regulation (EC) No. 765/2008 and can be used by Customs and other supervisory authorities for enforcement.
