Tariff codes to change on 1 January 2012

Customs has published the amended tariff nomenclature of the European Union (EU) that will come into effect on 1 January 2012 on the Internet.
The Annexes to Council Regulation (EC) No. 2658/87 have been replaced. The new Annexes to the Regulation were published with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1006/2011 (OJEU of 27 September 2011).
Correlation tables
The following tables are available on the website:

- Annex 1 to the Combined Nomenclature Draft CN-2012 Estat Amendments/4-nl-2
- Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1006/2011 of 27 September 2011 amending Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff
Important
The correlation tables have not yet been finalised. Customs will publish the final versions in the latter half of December.
Declarations
This tariff nomenclature lists all CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes to be used by exporters and importers throughout Europe for their declarations.
