User name and password (entrepreneurs)

All entrepreneurs will have received a user name and password. These grant you access to the secured section of the Tax and Customs Administration's Internet site. You can surf to the site to view the status of your tax returns and/or statements and file digital tax returns. You also receive login data when you file tax returns using tax return or administrative software or via a tax service provider.

You will have received a letter with your user name and a letter with your password for each of your BSN/RSIN/sofi numbers. You use these to log in to the secured section of the Tax and Customs Administration's Internet site.

Note!

Start-up entrepreneurs automatically receive a letter with their user name and a letter with their password from the Tax and Customs Administration after they have registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

Your user name and password are personal. They are issued automatically, on a one-off basis.

When you outsource your tax returns to a tax service provider then you will not need to supply your personal user name and password to your tax service provider as he or she uses software to file your tax returns. If you so require, you can arrange for the tax service provider to supply the information you need for your tax returns and then use this information to complete and file your tax returns via the Internet.

Have you mislaid your user name and password?

If you have not logged in before and you have mislaid your user name, password or both then contact the Tax Information Line.

If you have logged in earlier and you have mislaid your user name, password or both then you can submit a new application for them via Inloggen voor ondernemers (Entrepreneur login window - only available in Dutch), provided that you have previously stated an e-mail address for this purpose. The Tax and Customs Administration will then send an e-mail with your password or user name to you within 24 hours. When you have forgotten both then you will receive a new password and a new user name in 2 separate e-mails.

When you have not stated an e-mail address then you will need to call the Tax Information Line. The Tax and Customs Administration will then send you your login data by post within 10 working days.
Consequently, you will have to wait longer before you receive your login data.
This can cause problems when the last date for filing a tax return is drawing near.

Note!

If you mislay your user name, password or both you are still under the obligation to file your tax return within the filing deadline. You risk the imposition of an administrative fine if you fail to file a tax return in time because you mislaid your user name, password or both.

Is your account blocked?

If so, call the the Tax Information Line. You will receive new login data by post within 10 working days. This will give you access again to the secured section, containing your overview of declarations and returns.
