Return messages for tax returns via the old entrepreneurs’ portal
When you file a tax return via the old entrepreneurs’ portal or manage other tax matters in this portal, you will receive a reply from us:
- Confirmation of receipt
After you have sent your return, a confirmation of receipt will appear on your screen within 1 minute. - Error message
If we fail to receive your return, an error message will appear on your screen. Follow the instructions in the error message.
Tax return overview
After you have received the confirmation of receipt, the status of your tax return will also be updated within 1 minute. You will find this overview when you are logged in to the old entrepreneurs’ portal.
No confirmation of receipt
Have you not received confirmation of receipt (or an error message) after 1 minute? Then there is probably a problem with the internet connection. There are several things you can do:
- First check if your internet connection is working properly.
- Check if there is technical maintenance on 1 of our portals. You can read about it in ‘Serviceberichten’ on the page 'Inloggen voor ondernemers' (only available in Dutch) or on Verstoringenoverzicht (Service interruptions overview, only available in Dutch) on our website.
