Filing tax returns via the 'Entrepreneur login window'

With a user name and password you can log in via 'Inloggen voor ondernemers' (the 'Entrepreneur login window')

Logging in for the 1st time

Forgot your user name and password?

Did you forget your user name or password? Then you can request a new password, your user name or both via the secured section of the Tax and Custom Administration Internet site. Then you will receive a new password or user name at the e-mail address you registered.

If you do not register an e-mail address, you have to request a new password or your user name by calling the Tax Information Line. You will then receive what you requested by post within 10 working days.

Once you have logged in

Once you have logged you will be displayed a list of your tax returns and declarations. This list shows which tax returns and declarations have yet to be filed or which have already been filed. You can now file your tax return. 

Depending on the type of tax. you can do so either online or offline, In the latter case, you download the digital form, you complete the digital form and you subsequently sign and return it via the Inloggen voor Ondernemers (Entrepreneur login window - only available in Dutch).

Filing tax returns for a tax entity

When you file tax returns for a tax entity, then make sure that you use the correct login data when you log in:

  • filing a VAT return
    Please log in using login data for the VAT entity.
    This is necessary to retrieve the correct tax return form.
  • filing a corporation income tax return
    Please log in using the login data of the tax entity's parent company,
    not the login data of the one of the tax entity's subsidiaries.
    This is necessary to retrieve the correct tax return form.

Filing excise duty and consumer tax returns

Do you wish to file excise duty and consumer tax returns? If so, you log in using the login data of the head office. This is necessary to retrieve the correct tax return form.
