Return messages (entrepreneurs)

When you file a digital tax return the Tax and Customs Administration sends you a reply. The form of this reply depends on the method you used to file the tax return:

Spam filter

Have you activated a spam filter for your e-mail address to block unnecessary (commercial) e-mails and do you not receive any return messages from the Tax and Customs Administration? If so, you may need to adjust the settings of your spam filter. Contact your Internet provider or consult the information supplied with your e-mail programme.

When your spam filter uses a safe sender list then add the Tax and Customs Administration's email address,, to the list.


Do not send e-mails to the Tax and Customs Administration cannot receive these e-mails.
