Loan for the owner-occupied home with family, your private company or a bank not established in the Netherlands
After 1 January 2013, did you take out a loan for your owner-occupied home with a lender (loan provider) who is not obliged to inform us of any details? With a family member, your private company or a bank not established in the Netherlands, for example? And are you obliged to repay the loan in order to be entitled to interest deduction? In that case, you pass this information on to us via your income tax return. If you fail to do so, you will not be entitled to (mortgage) interest deduction.

- You took out the loan for a holiday home.
- The loan does not meet the conditions, for example because you do not repay the loan within 30 years.
- The loan has ended, because you paid the final instalment. In that case, you need not inform us of the fact that the loan has ended.
