How to object (international)
There are various ways to object:

You can only use this tool if you have DigiD.
- by means of the written objection form (only available in Dutch)
Download the form, fill it in and send it to us by post.
- by means of your own letter
If you send a letter setting out your objection, please quote the number of the assessment you object to. Please explain the reason for your objection and always quote:
- your name
- your address and country of residence
- your telephone number
- the assessment number
- your name
Put the date and your signature at the bottom of the letter. Send the form or your letter to the following address:

Object in time
You have to object in time, that is, within 6 weeks of the date of the assessment. We will send you our decision within 6 to 12 weeks of receiving your objection.
If your objection arrives too late, we will treat it as a request for an ex officio reduction.
