Tax return for non-resident taxpayers

If you are a non-resident taxpayer, you can file your tax return for the years 2015-2018 in digital form. If you do so, you will not be required to fill in a printed form. There are a number of advantages to filing your tax return in digital form.

  • It is quick and user-friendly
  • The program makes it easy to select the questions you are required to answer.
  • The program limits the chances of mistakes by making the calculations for you and by partly checking the sections you filled in. This will reduce the risk of errors.

Filing an online tax return

If you are a non-resident taxpayer, from 2015 you can file your tax return with your DigiD or with your user name and password.

See the table further down this page.

Please note!

You can only use this online tax return if you have used your DigiD at least once over the past 3 years. If you have a tax partner, you should both be able to use your DigiD.

If you are unable to file your tax return in digital form you will have to request the C Form.

In some personal situations you cannot use the digital program either. In that case, you can only use the C Form.
