European Commission guide: Russia and Belarus sanctions circumvention

Companies have an important role in preventing the circumvention of sanctions against Russia and Belarus. To help them do so, the European Commission (EC) has published a guidance note. It sets out how companies can recognise risks of circumventing the sanctions and how they should then deal with them.
