With this form you can apply for an EORI number (EORI = Economic Operators Registration and Identification number). The company for which you are requesting the EORI number has its head office outside the European Union.
Please use the EORI number as an identification number in all customs procedures when exchanging information with Customs in all Member States of the European Union.
