Use this form to notify us of a change of name.
You can only use this form for organisations that are not required to register in the Business Register of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (Handelsregister Kamer van Koophandel, KVK).
This includes:
- Dutch organisations such as silent professional partnerships without a business, informal associations (associations that are not incorporated through a notary), funds for joint account, and other collaborative ventures
- foreign organisations such as legal entities and collaborative ventures
