As a non-resident taxpayer, you can apply for or change a provisional tax assessment from 1 December. You can do this online via Mijn Belastingdienst.

Or with a paper form Aanvraag of wijziging voorlopige aanslag 2026 voor buitenlandse belastingplichtigen (Apply for or change of a 2026 provisional assessment for non-resident taxpayers). You can order this form online, complete it and return it to us by post.
