Standard form publication requirement Churches (ANBI)
You can read the PDF by using Adobe Reader. You can download this programme from Adobe. The Tax and Customs Administration is not responsible for the installation and use of the reader.
A public benefit organisation (ANBI) must publish information on its own website, or on a common website of, for example, a branch organisation. Large ANBIs are obliged to use standard forms since 1 January 2021. This standard form has been developed for this purpose.
Sometimes you need a different variant of the standard form
Has your organisation been recognised as a charity by the regulator, the Centraal Bureau Fondsenwerving (CBF)? In that case you can also use the Erkenningspaspoort as a standard form.
Download the standard form before you start
You do this by clicking the link with the right mouse button and selecting 'Save link as...' (Link opslaan als...) (this term may differ from one browser to another). You can then fill in the pdf. For this, you will need Adobe Reader 9.0 or higher.
It is best to complete the form on a computer. We cannot guarantee proper functioning on a tablet or smartphone.
Publish the standard form on the ANBI's website (or a shared website).
