Standard form publication requirement Public housing ANBI
A public benefit organisation (ANBI) must publish information on its own website, or on a common website of, for example, a branch organisation. Large ANBIs are obliged to use standard forms since 1 January 2021. This standard form has been developed for this purpose.

Has your organisation been recognised as a charity by the regulator, the Centraal Bureau Fondsenwerving (CBF)? In that case you can also use the Erkenningspaspoort as a standard form.
