    Do you want to receive your business mail digitally only? Find out how to do this.

    Are you an entrepreneur? More and more business letters from the Dutch Tax Administration are available online. If you no longer want to receive these letters on paper, you can let us know in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk. This is possible from 1 September.

    You will gradually receive more of your mail digitally

    The first VAT letters will soon be available digitally. More VAT letters and letters about other business taxes will follow. We are doing this gradually so that we can digitalise our mail safely and carefully.

    Do you want to stop receiving your digital business mail on paper?

    Follow these steps:

    1. Log in to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk

      Go to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.

      Log in with DigiD, eHerkenning or a European login.

    2. Go to 'Voorkeuren voor post en e-mail'

      You can find this under 'Mijn gegevens'.

    3. Choose digital business mail

      Select 'Ja, ik ontvang graag zo veel mogelijk brieven digitaal'.

    4. Enter your email address

      Enter the email address where you want to receive a notification when you have new digital mail. Then select 'Opslaan'.

    5. Confirm your email address

      You must confirm your email address first. We will send a confirmation code to the email address you entered. The code is valid for 24 hours.

      Have you not received the email? Check that you entered the correct email address. Also check your spam or junk mail folder.

      Your email address is registered once you enter the confirmation code in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.

      Enter the confirmation code under 'Mijn gegevens' > 'Voorkeuren voor post en e-mail'. Then select 'Bevestigen'.

    Do you want to change your choice later?

    You can do this in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk. Go to 'Mijn gegevens' and then 'Voorkeuren voor post en e-mail'.

    Where can you find your digital business mail?

    You can find it under 'Berichten' in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.
