Online - offline
We are online from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. And on Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Of course, you can also ask a question beyond these opening hours. You will then receive an answer as soon as we are back online.
Do not share personal data with us nor with others
After all, anyone can read it. Therefore, do not share personal data - such as your citizen service number (BSN) and bank details - on our accounts. The webcare team will only use public information in answers to your questions and will not provide tax advice.
We do not mention personal data such as income, family situation and citizen service number (BSN). Nor do we ask for them. This is because we handle your data with care: we only want to exchange this information through reliable and secure environments. You cannot ask your questions to the webcare team in a direct or private message. If we are unable to answer your question, for example because personal details are required, we will ask you to call us.
Please behave properly on Facebook and Twitter and respect each other. If you use discriminating, threatening, vulgar or abusive language, we may hide or delete your comment or post.
