    Form 'Opgaaf werkelijk rendement' – where can I find it?

    Have you received a letter from us saying that you can report your actual return? Then you can fill in the form 'Opgaaf werkelijk rendement' (Submit Actual Return) for that year. When filling in the form, keep our letter at hand, because it has information you need for the form.

    Form 'Opgaaf werkelijk rendement' 2019–2024

    The form for the years 2019 to 2024 is available on Mijn Belastingdienst (the online portal of the Dutch Tax Administration).

    Log in to Mijn Belastingdienst

    Log in and click on 'Inkomstenbelasting' (Income Tax). Choose the tax year for which you want to report your actual return. This is the year shown in the letter you received. The form will be available to you for that year.

    Form 'Opgaaf werkelijk rendement' 2017–2018

    If you want to report your actual return for 2017 or 2018, you can log in directly to the form. The forms for 2017 and 2018 are not on Mijn Belastingdienst.

    Choose the year for which you want to fill in the form:

    After submitting the form, you cannot see if you sent the form for 2017 or 2018. But you can view and print the form.
