What do you need to do if you have a payment arrangement?

What you need to do after the switch on 1 May 2026 depends on your situation.

You have just applied for a payment arrangement and have not yet received confirmation

You will receive a confirmation letter about your payment arrangement, stating the amount you need to pay each month. This letter will include the new Rabobank bank account number.

You already have a payment arrangement

Do you already have a payment arrangement where you transfer a monthly amount? And is this done via a standing order (periodieke overboeking) you have set up yourself, or do you pay each instalment via online banking (internetbankieren) or a paper transfer form (overboekingsformulier)? Then you must update the bank account number to the new Rabobank bank account number yourself: NL04 RABO 0200 1122 44. Make sure to remove the old ING bank account number from your address book.

Please note!

At most banks, this means you will need to set up the standing order again.

You will not receive a separate letter about the new bank account number.

Have you accidentally made a payment to our old ING bank account number? That is not a problem. We will still receive your payment and ensure it is processed correctly.

You can avoid this by updating the bank account number in your bank's address book or your records.
