Customs Transit Application (Douane Vervoer Applicatie) in use from 4th quarter 2024

Your company will be able to access DVA for the transit process in the 4th quarter of 2024. Not on 1 July 2024, as we communicated before. The deadline for the transition from phase 4 to phase 5 of replacing New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) with DVA remains 1 December 2024.

DVA will be available later because we are currently examining whether Customs and the corporate sector can move to the new system at once, rather than during a longer period. The 'go/no go' moment for this change will be decided in coordination with representation from the corporate sector.
