From 1 May 2026, our bank account number for the Tax Administration and the Benefits Office will change

On 1 May 2026, the Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) and the Benefits Office (Dienst Toeslagen) will switch from ING to Rabobank. Because of this switch, our bank account number will change. Until the switch on 1 May 2026, nothing will change for you.

How will we inform you?

After the switch, we will show our new bank account number:

• on our website, and
• in the messages you receive from us.

For example, in:

• the payment information with a tax assessment, or
• a letter stating that you must repay a benefit.
