I objected to my Box 3 income – when will I be informed?
If you objected to your Box 3 income, you received a letter from us. It states that you can use an online form, the 'Opgaaf werkelijk rendement' form (Submit Actual Return), to report your actual return to us. We can only process your objection if you fill in and submit this form.
Keep our letter at hand when reporting your actual return
The letter you receive from us states for which years you are allowed to report your actual return. It also shows you the notional return for the years you have objected to. Keep the letter at hand, as you need the notional return to fill in the form.

When will I receive a decision regarding my objection?
After you have filled in and submitted the form 'Opgaaf werkelijk rendement', we will process your request. On 13 October 2025, we began processing the first objections. After your objection has been processed, you will receive a decision from us. You will always receive a decision, even if you didn't fill in the form or you have withdrawn your objection.
