How can you repay your benefit?
The way you can repay your benefit will not change because of the switch to Rabobank. From 1 May 2026, only our bank account number will change.
If you have to repay a benefit (partly) to the Benefits Office (Dienst Toeslagen), you will always receive payment information from us. From 1 May 2026, we will ask you to pay to our new Rabobank bank account number. This new bank account number is shown in the payment information.
Do you have a payment arrangement?
Do you have a payment arrangement to repay your benefit? Then whether you need to do anything depends on how you pay the monthly amount.
You pay with iDEAL | Wero in your 'Overzicht betalen en ontvangen' (Payments and refunds overview)
Then you will automatically pay to the new bank account number. You do not need to do anything.
You pay by online banking (internetbankieren) or with a paper transfer form (overboekingsformulier)
Make sure that from 1 May 2026 you pay to the new bank account number. It is shown in the letter your received about your payment arrangement.
You have set up a standing order (periodieke overboeking)
Then change this from 1 May 2026 to: NL04 RABO 0200 1122 44
