Objection to paid Minimum Tax amount

If you disagree with the amount you paid for your Minimum Tax return, you can lodge an objection within 6 weeks of the payment date.

To do this, send a letter to:

Always state the reason of your objection and the tax return number. You can find the tax return number on the Minimum Tax return in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.
