How is my benefit paid to me?
We will send you a notification after your application. This notification will state whether you are entitled to a benefit and, if so, the amount of this benefit. We pay the benefit around the 20th day of each month. The amount is an advance payment.
After the end of the year, you will receive a final calculation. At that time, we will have all your final data, such as your income. The final calculation shows the advance payments you received and the amount you should have received.
If the advance payments you received are too low, the amount to which you are still entitled will be paid into your account in a lump sum. If the advance payments you received are too high, you will have to repay the amount you received in excess. We will send you information about how to do this.
