As an entrepreneur based in a non-EU country, you can use this form to request a refund of VAT you paid in the Netherlands. The form is also available in Dutch and in German.
Instructions for filling in the form
You can fill in the form on the computer. You need Adobe Reader 9.0 or higher. Once you have completed the form, you can print it and send it.
