Form 'Providing a postal address'

Use this form to change the address where you receive mail from the Tax Administration. You can also use the form if you live outside the Netherlands. The form is available online in Mijn Belastingdienst and as a PDF.

Are you an entrepreneur or self-employed?

And do you have to file VAT returns? Then you cannot use the online form in Mijn Belastingdienst. You can only use the PDF form.

You can use this form to:

• provide a postal address
  If you want to receive our mail at an address other than your home or business address. We will continue to send our mail to this postal address, even if you move.
• change your postal address
  If you want to use a different postal address. We will continue to send our mail to this new postal address, even if you move.
• stop using your postal address
  If you want to receive our mail at your home or business address again.

Other changes of address

Is your situation not listed above? You need to inform us of other changes of address, such as when you move, in a different way. Read When do I need to inform the Tax Administration of a change of address? to find out what you need to do.

We process your change of address within 10 working days. You will not receive confirmation.

In the meantime, we may still send mail to the address we currently have for you. Make sure this mail is forwarded to you. You must still pay any outstanding amounts, such as tax assessments and bills.
