I have income from box 3 - can I just file income tax return?

You can file your 2023 tax return as usual. Receiving income from box 3 (assets) does not change this. We are waiting for a ruling from the Dutch Supreme Court (Hoge Raad) on the way we currently calculate box 3 income. If the ruling affects your 2023 tax return, you will receive a letter from us.
