Download an income statement for qualifying non-resident taxpayers

You can download an income statement here if you are filing a tax return as a qualifying non-resident taxpayer.

Or read the folowing first:

  • Are you a qualifying non-resident taxpayer?

    These are the conditions:

    • You do not live in the Netherlands. You live in another EU country, in Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, or on Bonaire, Sint Eustatius or Saba.
    • You pay tax in the Netherlands on at least 90% of your income.
    • You must send us a income statement from the tax authority in your country of residence.
  • An income statement is not always required

Have you previously sent us an income statement, and you are still a qualifying non-resident taxpayer? Then you do not need to send us a new income statement. Of course, you must send us an income statement if we requested you to do so.

Choose the income statement in the language of your country of residence

Please send us an income statement in the language of your country of residence. If your country of residence has more than one official language, please choose the language of the region where you live. For example, in Belgium, you can choose Dutch, French or German.

Click on the language below, then select the income statement and explanatory notes for the tax year. You should then send us the completed income statement. You can find out how to do this in the step-by-step guide below the explanatory notes.
