What does the switch mean for you as an entrepreneur?

If you have to pay an amount to the Tax Administration (Belastingdienst), you will receive payment information from us. The payment information contains all the details you need to make the payment, including the bank account number to which you must transfer the money.

Since 1 May 2026, the new Rabobank bank account number appears in the payment information. Use that bank account number to pay us. The ways in which you can pay us remain the same. Only the bank and the bank account number changed.

Do you process payments in batches or other automated payment files?

Then make sure that you use the new Rabobank bank account number that is in the payment information for the relevant tax assessment (belastingaanslag).

Replace old ING bank account numbers in your address book or records

Have you saved an old ING bank account number? For example, in your records or in the address book of your online banking? Replace this bank account number as soon as you receive payment information from us with a new Rabobank bank account number.

Always check that the bank account number in our payment information appears on the list of all bank account numbers of the Tax Administration (Belastingdienst).

Refunds

We transfer tax refunds to you using the new bank account number. You will see the new Rabobank bank account number next to the transferred amount in your banking app or on your bank statement.
