Return messages for tax return via Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk

When you file a tax return via Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk (business portal) or manage other tax matters in this portal, you will receive a reply from us:

  • Confirmation of receipt
    After you have sent your return, a confirmation of receipt will appear on your screen within 1 minute.
  • Error message
    If we fail to receive your return, an error message will appear on your screen. Follow the instructions in the error message.

Please note!

The return is filed the moment we have received the tax return. You will find the date and time in the confirmation of receipt.

Tax return overview

After you have received the confirmation of receipt, the status of your tax return will also be updated within 1 minute.

In Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk you will find an overview of various taxes. Do you want to know if we have received your tax return? First select the tax concerned, e.g. 'Omzetbelasting' (VAT). You will then see an overview of your returns for this tax.

No confirmation of receipt

Have you not received confirmation of receipt (or an error message) after 1 minute? Then there is probably a problem with the internet connection. There are several things you can do:

  • First check if your internet connection is working properly.
  • Check if there is technical maintenance on 1 of our portals. You can read about this in ‘Serviceberichten’ on the page Log in for entrepreneurs or on Verstoringenoverzicht (Service interruptions overview, only available in Dutch) on our website.
