Filing tax returns via the old entrepreneurs’ portal

If it is not possible for you to log in to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk (new business portal), then you may continue to use the old entrepreneurs’ portal. This portal will cease to exist when it is possible for all entrepreneurs to use Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk.

On 'Inloggen voor ondernemers' (only available in Dutch) you can read which tax matters you can currently manage in Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk, and which you can still manage in the old portal.

Log in to the old entrepreneurs’ portal

Log in to the old entrepreneurs’ portal with your user name and password. You received these login details from us after your registration with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK). Have you lost your login details? Then call the Tax Information Line.

You can apply for login details from us. For instructions, please go to 'Applying for login details to file VAT returns through the old portal'.

Having problems logging in?

Are you having problems logging in to the old entrepreneurs’ portal? Please read what you can do to resolve this on the page 'Login problems on the old entrepreneurs' portal'.

When you are logged in

When you are logged in to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk, you will find an overview of your tax returns. It shows which returns you still need to file or have already filed. Subsequently, you can file your tax return. Depending on the tax, you do so online or offline. In the latter case, you download the form, fill it in and send it in properly signed.

Please note!

For security reasons, the portal will be locked automatically if you have not entered any data for more than 30 minutes. You will then have to log in once again.

Signing your tax return

If you file your tax return online, you sign your tax return using your user name and password.

If you file a tax return offline, you will sign your tax return by hand.

Return messages

When you file a digital tax return via the old entrepreneurs’ portal or manage other tax matters in this portal, you will receive a return message from us.
