Inspection and adjustment of returns

We always check your return to make sure it meets the requirements. This may mean that you receive a digital error message while you are completing the return or immediately after you send it in. You must correct these errors.

We cannot send a digital error message for all errors. In such cases we will get in touch with the contact person indicated on your return by phone. You will also receive a letter from us. If we have not gotten in touch with you within 72 hours, then you may assume that we were able to process your return.

There are also additional checks after the return period has ended. If we still find errors in your return, you will receive a letter from us — or we will call you. You must then correct your return.

You may receive an administrative fine if you do not adjust the return in time.
