Always state the payment reference listed in the 'Aangiftebrief loonheffingen' (Payroll tax return letter) when you make your payments.

The timeliness of payments is determined on the basis of the time at which the payment is transferred to our account.

You transfer payments to IBAN NL86 INGB 0002 4455 88, in the name of the Belastingdienst, or to another account number of the Belastingdienst (only available in Dutch). If you use internet banking or if payment orders are generated automatically by your accounting software, make sure you use the correct account number and payment reference.
